General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many reasons for urinary incontinence in men, among which you seem to get the problem from urinary infection via excess foreskin.

I strongly recommend to consult your surgeon, confirm the diagnosis and get cured accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
