What Causes Urinary Incontinence In A Toddler?

We just recovered my 3 year old graanddaughter a week ago after she was abducted by her mother. She was with her mother for 10 1/2 months and was potty trained by her. When we first brought her home she barely urinated. She would have the urge to go but not go. When she did go she seemed to have a hard time getting a stream going. Lately, though she has had sudden urges to go and barely makes it to the bathroom. She has had 3 accidents today alone. Could there be something wrong? Or could it just be part of the adjustment of being in a new house with people she hasn t seen in almost a year?
