What Causes Urinary Incontinence And Penis Pain Caused Due To Masturbation?

I am 36 old male working abroad .Daily I am doing hand job and it became a normal practice in my life. Last week after a hand job suddenly I got shivering and body pain. But no fever. In that particular moment I didn t get pleasure also. I went to a hospital and Doctor carried out a digital rectal exam told me that some unknown thing came out from my penis when he inserted his finger. I have undergone kidney and bladder ultrasound. Everything found normal including the prostate gland. Blood test is normal .But URBC 2-5 and UWBC 1-2 found in urine analysis. Now I do not have any body pain. But I have some burning feeling during urination. Also inside the rectum (near to prostate) I always feel pain and discomfort. I can t sit comfort fully. Doctor prescribed me ciprofloxacin and azithromycin together. My understanding is that due to the excessive hand job maybe seminal vesicle got infected. Please reply and kindly suggest treatment for me to solve this case. Note: I haven t tried any lady yet for a sexual intercourse other than my spouse.Also I am having urinary incontinence

Hi.

It is not the masturbation that resulted in a possibel infection, but the fact that poor hygiene must have been practised after climax. It is important for you to clean the region at least with water and soap after each time you masturbate, and the same even after sexual contact with your partner.

The anribiotics should take care of tbe burning sensation you have while urinating as well. Avoid masturbation and intercourse for at least 2 weeks after the last dose of the treatment, nothing until then please.
