What Causes Urinary Incontinence Along With A Foul Smell?
I am 25 old male , I have fishy odor smell urine , and dribbling of urine. Every one month (less or more) I had difficulty with urination and persistent tendency to urianation And irritating my urethral canal especially at the end of the canal with mild to moderate pain. The color of urine when this condition happened tend to be more lighter Note that difficult with all other symptoms come with it happen only one time monthly , it start may be before more than 3 years. And the fishy odor within those months only.

Well come to HCM
This could be Urinary tract infection but this is very less likely in male person second would be renal ston, both the condition need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the urine analysis and X-ray of abdomen, sonography would be advisable too, drink more water, here without the investiagation nothing can be siad for sure, take care.
