Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
There may be bladder damage due to virus or prostate issue. In every case, you should see urologist. In some cases simple lifestyle changes or medical treatment can ease discomfort or stop urinary incontinence. However, turp or other invasive methids may be required if other methods are unsuccesful such as pelvic floor muscles exercises, electric stimulation of bihevioral treatment. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
