What Causes Urge To Urinate And Pus Smell In Semen After Having Zethrocyn?

10 days ago i caught cold and i took antibiotic zethrocyn after 5 days a strange feeling during urination started to happen, i could hardly bear the urge to urinate, then when i had sex with my wife pregnant wife i noticed that my semen smells like pus. I feel something strange in my testicles and penis. I don t know what is going on???

As you stated that you have taken zethromycin (azithromycin ) for 5 days for cough and cold .
Stopped the medicine and after 5 days a strange feeling related to testicles , semen , pus smelling ,so these symptoms are not related to any side effect of azithromycin. Azithromycin don't develop such symptoms.
These symptoms may be due to these possibilities , these include.
1 Urinary tract infection , as some times low grade urinary tract infection produces such type of symptoms . Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine culture ( examination ).
2 Epididmo-orchitis . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon . After sore throat ( cold ) , sometimes patient develop such type of symptoms .
I recommend you please consult a surgeon and get his opinion as physical examination is important in such type of cases.
