What Causes Urge Incontinence Before Going To Bed?

So for the past month ive been botherd with this urge to pee before i go to bed. Its really weird, it only happens when im laying down getting ready to sleep. I try my best to think about something else to try and distract myself but its so annoying. I usually end up peeing twice before i sleep, yet the feeling dosent go away.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Most common cause for urge incontinence is BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy).
Other common causes are prostatitis (infection, inflammation of prostate) and diabetes.
So better to consult doctor and get done sugar levels (for diabetes), urine microscopic examination (for prostatitis) and ultrasound examination (for BPH).
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
