What Causes Urge Bowel Incontinence?
I ve been a runner for several years. Never had any issues until recently. Now after the first mile I start having the urge to have a bowel movement. It s to the point that a couple of times I didn t make it home in time. I can t understand why this is all of the sudden happening.

Accidental bowel incontinence is usually not a serious medical problem and it happened once in past 10 to 15 days seems to be insignificant.
if you regularly have bowel incontinence frequently then that should be evolved properly.
most common cause is constipation and irritable bowel syndrome.
so kindly visit a gastroenterologist to get an opinion.
