What Causes Upset Stomach, Nausea, Lightheadedness And Diarrhea?

since this am, upset stomach, some nausea, light-headedness,
diarrhea. 63, 5'8", 220 lbs.
Finished Azithromycin, 500mg for 3 days
about a week ago - had chest congestion -
much better. Aside from that had colostomy
2008 - no problems. Have ongoing emotional
issues - anxiety. thankyou
