General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully. It seems to be muscular pain due to heavy weight lifting.
It can be relieved by taking simple painkillers like Acetaminophen 1000mg twice a day after meal. In case of severe pain you can use topical painkillers as well.
Nothing to worry.
hope so it will be helpful. In case of any query or follow you can write again.
Wish you good health.
Regards
