If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Azithromycin antibiotic class of drug(If no antibiotic tried yet, and you are not allergic to it). For such pain Ibuprofen is best. Apply Vicks Vaporub on chest and apply heat padding for soothing effects. If you feel cough take Over the counter Loratadine and some cough syrup if there is phlegm too coming alongwith cough.
