What Causes Upper Back Pain?
I have very bad back pain in my middle of my back.. I haven t had any until I took some medicines about 8 different kinds since I been in the hospital for seizures. don t know why I had them. then I took quetiapine twice a day 25 mg then I had chest pains to. and my back starting the pain thank you

As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain.
For that, you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads.
For further assessment, you can do an MRI back with whole spine screening. You may require physical therapy.
