Hi,

You need to visit a neurologist. Since you exercise with no problems the issue is probably not vascular. After surgery, a nerve could have been irritated causing your symptoms in the hand. Symptoms could rise from the cervical spine too. So, electrophysiology studies (nerve conduction studies) are needed, plus cervical MRI. For the dizziness, you need to elaborate more on timing and exacerbating factors to be able to advise on it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
