What Causes Upper Abdominal Discomfort And Shortness Of Breath?

i had a brief black out fromm having too much winr a lunch the ems was called my blood pressure was 80 over 50 heart keg was okay sugar fine did not go to hospital this happened two days ago it left me with upper abdomen discomfort I was also unable to take a deep breath due to the discomfort however as of yesterday that is not a problem nor am I short of breath. but my discomfort remains in my upper abdomen I think its Gastritus. What is your Dx

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I would advise to get done the CT of brain just to rule out the TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) although the possibility of this is very less likely and more or less it seems to be functional kind of elements might be playing the role.
Of course it can be gastritis but it may not cause the syncope like symptoms of fainting or other described symptoms
