General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear user of HCM!
Thank you for your question!

Have you any symptoms like pain, burn, frequent urination, despite the bad smell?
To define properly the situation you are in, you have to do a complete urine test, since an urinary infection may cause such symptoms including the bad smell.

If you are diabetic too, you have to measure the blood sugar level.

If your urine test result positive you have to treat it with antibiotics for example ciprofloxacin or nitrofurantoin for 10 days.

Drink a lot of fluids. Cranberry juice would help to disinfect your urinary tract.

Take care and all the best!
