What Causes Unusual Sensation On The Lower Right Side Of The Abdomen?

For the past 4-5 months I get a strange sensation on my lower right side of my abdomen. It looks likes it is in the area of my appendix. It has happened maybe a dozen times in this time period. When it happens, it feels as if something is pulling, there is a dull aching pressure, honestly it kind of feels like something is going to burst. It doesn t last more than a minute if I hold very still and breathe slowly. It is very uncomfortable and alarming.

Hi, sure it sounds like chronic appendicitis--press on spot, if it pains you can be sure. Get a sonography done, to confirm/rule out the diagnosis--regards
