What Causes Unusual Nausea, Upset Stomach And Frequent Bowel Movement?

My son has had an upset stomach for about two weeks now. nothing too major just a little nausea. He hasn t thrown up or anything like that. But he has had excessive thirst and is using the bathroom more that usual. I am assuming this is just because he is drinking more. I had planned to schedule him a physical as it is that time again. But I am a little puzzled as my daughter came home today from school and said that her stomach was hurting as well and she drank alot of water at school because she was really thirsty and had to use the bathroom alot. Is this coincidence or is there a virus that is going around with these symptoms?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and this is happening because of hyperacidity and this can be best managed with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ) you have not done age your son else dose would have been suggested accordingly, hope this information helps, take care.
