What Causes Unusual Feeling In Head During Movement?

i have a weird feeling in my head when i move it side to side..im very worried..partner says maybe it is fluid on brain..friend says maybe getting the cold..i am very stressed about it..feel scared and yet hope i have nothing to worry about...i cant gt int my emails just now so this is going to be difficult for reply and have me worrying

Hi.

It could just be nausea or even developind vertigo. A flu can also cause a slightly similar presentation, I would not go do far as to assume the collection of fluid inside the head to be causing this. Wait for a few weeks and if it doesn't subside then visit your doctor.
