What Causes Unusual Bowel Movement?

I noticed a strange change in my bowels today. I don't know if this may have been caused by caffeine or the red drink mix that I had last night (3 cups of the stuff), but my bowels turned from brown and green and I was a little constipated. What's never happened before is that one of the stools was really skinny. Again, I've never seen it before. I'm 25, 5''1' and other than allergies, I've never had health problems (besides the need to lose weight.)
