What Causes Unsteady Gait In A Child?
My 20 month old baby still seems extremely unsteady on his feet. He has been walking since about 13 months or so. He is a twin and was 7 weeks early, his twin does not appear to have the same issues. I also notice him grabbing at his head or tilting his ear towards his shoulder sometimes. Should i worry?

Hi, a child with 20 months of age should have stable gait, although sometimes while running the gait can be unstable. In my opinion you should investigate the child for Rickets or calcium deficiency like CBC, calcium and phosphate levels, X ray wrist AP View for Rickets. Start Syrup Calcium for 2 months.
