What Causes Unintentional Weight Gain When Diagnosed With Thyroid Nodule?
I quit smoking a few years ago. Gained 60 lbs. tried every diet and am unable to loose the weight. My body is like a furnace all the time. I had gall bladder surgery and there is a 3 inch benign tumor in my thyroid . Could this affect my inability to loose weight?

The thyroid nodule itself would not cause the weight problem but a low functioning thyroid could so you need your thyroid function tested with blood work
