Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of recurring headache. It occurs due to trigger factors in most cases. In your case, it is also associated with aura symptoms like the dizziness and the vomiting.

You need to first identify the trigger factors for the migraine. This can be anything like the sun, cold, fevers or even exercise.

Once you identify the trigger, you can avoid it. Later, you can try the following to prevent the migraine and also treat it:
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Eat meals at regular times

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
