What Causes Uneven Testicles When Suffering From Impaired Circulation Due To Diabetes And Neuropathy?

I have one testicle 3 to 4 times the size of the other. I am a pharmacist but I don t know what kind of a problem this means. THE larger one is well defined as a ball but the smaller one seems to be a mass of nerves or veins or not defineable. I have no money. I am living in an assisted living facility and waiting for a prosthesis in my right leg after amputation caused by diabetes. The smaller testicle is on the right side also. I have impaired circulation because of diabetes and neuropathy

Hi. First of all you should get the ultrasonography done to know the exact diagnosis as this is the problem connected to the personal life. The larger one may be just a hydrocele ( collection of water ) and the other one can have varicocity, that is collection of big blood vessels which can have a negative effect. I could not get what you mean by prosthesis. Please explain.
