Hello, The bad bloody nose was due to spike in blood pressure she experienced. She was lucky that nasal blood vessels were torn ending to bleeding. It would be worse if the accident would happen in her brain causing cerebral hemorrhage or paralysis or even lethal. To me she urges to see : - cardiologist to evaluate her cardiovascular system through a complete cardiac check up - ENT specialist to evaluate the blood vessels of the nose - neurologist to rule out neurological issues. For the moment, I can only suggest to: - try to cope with stress - use supplements to keep her calm containing valerianna, aloe vera, passiflora, magnesium, etc. - try to teach her that when she would have another bloody nose, should get up, bend a bit to let the blood coming out; press at the end part of nostrils cartilage (where the bone start) until bleeding will over or until you send to ER Hope this helps.
