What Causes Uncontrollable Shivers, Low Grade Fever, Nausea And Heartburn?

I have uncontrollable shivering always in the evening, temp 95.7, BP 112/97, has been running very high every morning around 175/125, severe nausea and fatigue, pain at the base of my skull and up my head that feels like bruising, general malaise, raised LDH of 270 on blood work done 9/30, slightly decreased hematocrit and hemoglobin. Loss of 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Did not tell my physician all these symptoms. I am scheduled to see hematologist in 3 weeks should I try to get an earlier appointment? Also severe heartburn and intermittent recurring diaherrea!
