Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

You seem to be manifesting symptoms of depression which is leading to your feeling weak and lethargic, irritability of mood and suicidal thoughts. Considering that you are having suicidal thoughts, your depression seems to be quite severe and I would suggest that you should seek a psychiatric consultation without any further delay.

Treatment with anti-depressants like venlafaxine would be very helpful in your condition. It will help you overcome your depressive symptoms and feel better.

I do hope that I was able to answer your query. Best wishes.
