What Causes Unbearable Radiating Pain Below The Sternum While Lying Down?
I woke up with a severe, unbearable pain just below my sternum that is radiating left to right and up my sternum the nursery across my shoulder blades. The pain will subside but if I lie down in any position it returns. Only sitting straight up helps it be manageable.

Hi it could be acidity/ gall stones/kidney stones. Take medicine for acidity and an antispasmodic. If there is no relief, get a sonography done--regards
