What Causes Ulcers On Mons Pubis And Face Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes?

hello my next door neighbor has like ulcers all over the top of her vagina i guess its called the mons pubis (the part that grows all of the hair) and she asked me to help her to look into it, also the same day the cluster of ulcers showed up (covering her entire mons pubis) her face severely broke out with scab looking things and she has sores on the sides of her tongue and she said she thinks her lymph nodes are swollen, please help me ! Thank you SO much

Hi,

Noted the history about your neighbour developing ulcer like things on mon pubis and face.
The commonest causes I can think about are as follows:
Scabies is one of the commonest reasons to have such things but not known to occur on face hence may not be possible diagnosis
Dermatitis with secondary infection can cause as you have described about scabs on face.
Seborrhoic dermatitis can present in similar ways.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a Dermatologist for proper clinical diagnosis and have proper management as advised.
Till you get an appointment for her do the following:
Apply Liquid povidone iodine locally to the affected area.
Take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suit her.
Take multivitamins and mineral with sufficient quantity of Vitamin A and D as these helps for better skin results.
