What Causes Ulcers And Burning Sensation In Genitals After Unprotected Sex?

Dr, 25 days before I have sexual contact with a girl and today I have ulcer type infection inside of the genital and I have burning sensation when I was passed urine , so i went to the lab and attend vdrl test it's come negative. is it right dr?. than , why can I have burning sensation?.

Thanks for query,
Developing ulcer over genital after unprotected sex with burning strongly suggest STD.
Please get following basic tests done .
1)Routine urine test and culture done
2) Swab test and culture of Urethral discharge .

You need to take antibiotics like Erythromycin twice daily .

VDRL is positive 3-4 weeks after exposure and negative VDRL test done on second or third day has no significance.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
