What Causes Ulcer Between Toes In Spite Of Using Anti Fungal Cream?
My husband has an ulcer between his toes that is deep and the white skin around it appears to be fungal. However the anti fungal cream the Dr has prescribed is not effective even after 6 weeks, Also the top of the foot appears to be mottling.What else could it be? He suffers with CFS , an autoimmune problem. Could that be the problem

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the non-healing ulcer then it needs great care, diabetes needs to be ruled out first, surgical intervention may needed for debridement, some time it may needs grafting too, in my opinion better to see the surgeon hope this information helps.
