What Causes Two Lumps On Left Cervical Region And Mastoid Bone?

Hi, my daughter find two lumps - one on her left cervical region, near sternocleidomastoideus muscle and the second behind her ear on mastoid bone, they are hard and not movable, pea sized, about less then 1cm. She has flu now. May be she has this lumps before the flu, i do not know. She has chronic mild tonsillitis too and very often subfebrile fever -37-37.1. Shoud we chack her for oncology?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chances of lymph node is very likely and this is very common in case of history of some infection but this is nothing to worry because this would be fine soon no need to have any medicine for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
