What Causes Twitching Sensation In The Abdomen On The Right Side?

i have twinges in my upper right side of my stomach. I have been pregnant before and it feels like a baby moving around. I am on Mirana birth control and have no periods with it. i have taken home pregnancy tests and they come out negative. i have had some weight gain. can you be pregnant and home test be negative?

you are having psychological problem and having ticks.control your anxiety.get checked by gynechologist for examination and opinion on diagnosis.can go for blood test in laboratory to test pregnancy. if negative then pregnancy can be ruled out.
