What Causes Twitching Sensation In Eardrum?

Hello, I have been experiencing twitching in my eardrum for about 6 hours. It has been constant in that time frame. I have experienced the twitching before, however I have not had it last this long before. It usually happens once, then doesn t return, but never at a constant rate for hours.
