What Causes Twitching In Upper Pectoral Area?

hello my name is brittany monroe, just a few moments ago i started getting this twitch in my upper pectoral area which lasted about 10-15sec and then i started getting this light mild tingling in my left hand that has stopped and the twitching came back and lasted about 3-5 sec. im only 22years old and is this something i should be concerned about?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion it is only muscular twitching. But since you are having left sided chest problem with arm radiation, we need to rule out cardiac cause first.
So get done ECG to rule out this.
If ECG is normal than moatly yku are having muscular twitching.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid stress and anxiety.
4. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
