Your symptoms would lead me to primarily rule out calcium and
vitamin deficiency (specifically the B&C)
Eye strain (long TV/Computer hours, inadequate sleep), prolonged standing or walking fan cause
muscle fatigue that result in your symptoms. These should recover with proper sleep and rest.
Vitamin and mineral deficiencies (mentioned above) may also cause these problems. Diet rich in these or supplements will help.
Please take these for a month. If you are physically fit to exercise (approved by your doctor), I suggest walking for at least a half hour a day 5 days a week to start with. Practice full body and isolated muscle group stretches for 10 minutes before and after exercising.
Warm baths and oil massages will help improve circulation and ease muscle fatigue.
If, with all these measures, your symptoms don't resolve or it worsens, I urge to see your physician.
