What Causes Tremors In The Legs After A Head Injury?

My sister is 77 years old. After falling and bumping her head she now has uncontrollable constant spasms in her leg leg. Doctors have prescribed haldol & gabapentin. Haldo is used to treat schizophrenia, Tourette syndrome. Why should she take this drug?

Haldol is not only for schizophrenia it can also be used to reduce anxiety and stress so doctor might have given it for that reason also.
