General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern, but I need to know:
1. Since, when does he experience tremor in the head and one of his hands?
2. Is there a trigger for that condition, such as panic, stress or certain activities?
3. Are there other symptoms that are felt?
4. Does tremor occur in the whole arm and arm or just a certain part?

Tremor in the head and the hand can be caused by many things, including neurological disorders, electrolyte disturbances, impaired sugar levels, hormonal disorders or ordinary muscle fatigue. Tremor is a movement of contraction and rhythmic muscle that occurs in the organs of the body. Most tremors occur in the hand. Many things can cause tremors such as:
1. Some diseases such as neurological disorders (multiple sclerosis, Parkinson, some degenerative diseases), kidney failure, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, and more.
2. Psychic disorders such as nervousness, stress.
3. Lack of sleep, too tired, lack of some types of vitamins, excess coffee and soda.

In the meantime there are some actions that your husband can do such as stop consume coffee, not consuming alcohol, get enough sleep, and take vitamins for nerves such as vitamin B12, B6. If the complaint is very disturbing we suggest your husband to consult with a neurologist, to be able to do a thorough physical examination and get optimal therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nurul Falah
