What Causes Tremors In The Hands?

I m 56 years old and been in non Hoskins remisison for 23 years lately I m been having tremors in my hands and sometimes they locks when holding something I have high blood pressure and my right hip has been having problems with pain cause by loosing cartridge I m worried and would like your opinion and posible reasons why I m getting this tremors. Thank you

it is a neurological problem can be parkinson's disease. consult neurologist for clinical examination and advise on treatment.
