What Causes Tremors In The Hands?

My wife got up from the recliner and fell to the ground. Passed out with hands curled inward and shaking violently. She seemed to hiss a little my mother in law said. Ambulance came her sugar was 101. BP was up some. We got her awake and she doesnt remember anything.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be a seizure attack or a cerebrovascular attack, like TIA (transient ischemic attack). Consult a physician or a neurologist and get an MRI scan done to look for any intracranial causes.

Wishing all the best.

Thanks.
