What Causes Tremors In The Hands And Numbness In The Feet?

sometimes my hands get shaky like if I m in front of the computer and I am holding a pen then I rest my hand it will start trembling I also sometimes feel my legs go to sleep while sitting down on a chair when I type words on the computer I occasionally type in the letters backwards like for chair I will type in chiar. I also slur some of my words when I speak that is more than just a normal mess up I also forget things like something like turning off the stove or go on to washing dishes while I am still cooking and my stuff will sometimes start to burn.... while I am still in the kitchen.

I just read your query. The symptoms you have mentioned here like tremors in hand, slurring of speech, loss of memory etc. can be a sign of some underlying neurological disease.
*Sometimes excessive caffiene, withdrawl of some medicine or alcohol may also cause tremors and shaky movements.
*Sometimes tremors and shaky movements are not harmful if occurs occasionally and no accompanied symptom is there. But you have other neurological symptoms too along with tremors.
*As your symptoms start interfering with your daily activity, you need to visit a nearby neurophysician. So that after clinical examination if you need some investigations he can tell you. Because without clinical examination and some basic investigations it would be difficult to make diagnosis and prescribe medicine.
So do visit a neurophysician so that you can take help as earlier as possible.
