What Causes Tremors In The Body While Sleeping?

My husband says my body shakes at night when I am asleep. Maybe once a week. Says it stops when he rests his hand on me. I am 58 yo, good health. Only issue is need for R hip replacement d/t advanced arthritis and also Mortan Neuroma L foot. Meds include occasional advil, mg supplements and collagen peptides supplement. I am not under any stress. Ride bike 3-5x week 15-30 miles. YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, if you do not feel something like this if you do not have any central nervous related symptoms then no need to worry about this, it is very natural phenomenon to move the arms in sleep and it is not the sign of any disease hope this information helps.
