What Causes Tremors In Hands?

What is a next step? MRI showed nothing. My husband has tremors in both hands from time to time, balance challenges, memory issues (forgot how to turn on the television, forgot where the pizza place was, etc.), losing things, difficulty communicating ideas, fatigue. Who should we see next?
