What Causes Tremor In Hand While On Gabapentin For Neuropathy?

I have a tremor of my right hand only when I write . I also take Gabapentin 300mg twice a day for neuropathy in my feet due to lumbar spinal stenosis. I have recently read that Gabapentin can cause tremors and was wondering if this tremor in my right hand could be due to medication ?
