What Causes Trembling Of Hands Along With High Pulse Rate After Opiate Withdrawal?

I have been clean off opiates for a month now. I had really bad withdraws - body aches, diarrhea. These lasted for weeks. They are gone now. For the past 6 days now, a new symptom started. Trembling hands. My hands shake real bad 24/7. It won t stop. My pulse has been 120 for the past 6 days. Im also having really bad tingling in my hands and feet. Are these new symptoms still withdraws? Why did they start 3 weeks clean, and not before? Is there something else going on? Something more serious? Please help me figure out what s going on. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
It is more likely to be withdrayal symptoms only. They are known to occur even after 3 weeks. However, your doctor may be able to prescribe some medications that will help relieve your symptoms. Since these medications need a controlled monitoring by a doctor, I am not naming the medicines here.
