hello doctor,
my grandfather have a shivering more like trembling in his right hand and right leg,only when he is idle but nothing when he is working just we say he is writing?
he a healthy man but hesitates to go to a doctor?

It could be Parkinson's disorder like features. tremors at rest, gait problems, disbalancing while standing and difficulty in performing tasks can be the symptoms initially.common in elders. A proper neurological examination warrants here, therefore I suggest you to take her to a neurologist.
I presume that there is no history of fall or head injury, in case of which a brain MRI can be helpful to rule out any vascular cause.
