What Causes Traces Of Blood After The Bowels?
Hello, I'm 25 years old. I just ended my period 3 days ago. This morning I had a bowel movement that was really hard and I kept pushing after the first movement because I felt I wasn't finished, but nothing more came out. When I wiped I looked at the toilet paper and there was traces of blood on it. Mind you this was before I wiped the backside so I know it was vaginal. Please help!! Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the constipation and it might be due to less amount of water taken and less fiber diet taken, it is advisable not to exert the force in such condition and if you do that then it may cause the fissure formation and initially it is likely to bleeding (Just little one ) but it may not be serious condition you can try Isabgol stool softener, drink more water, and fiber containing diet, hope this information helps.
