Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain it seems that there is inflammation of the tongue and the painful bruised feeling is due to it..
It can occur due to a number of causes like deficiency iron and vitamin B12, acid reflux, stress, burning with hot food, physical injury etc..
I would suggest you to take multivitamin supplements..
Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Suck ice pops and gargle with cold water..
Avoid spicy food and maintain a good oral hygiene..
You can also take Ibuprofen to relieve soreness and inflammation..
In case of no improvement consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
