What Causes To Pass Pieces Literally Looked Like Raw Meat In BM?

I know this is gross but I all of a sudden started feeling really sick to my stomach and passed a bowel movement that had pieces that literally looked like raw meat. I definitely didnt' eat any raw meat... What could cause this? I can't get into my doctor until tomorrow.
