hi doc. ihave aques. dear doc. when i. masturbation after that exmp if i drink water i just need tolitet faster
and my urine become hot and i confuse that is just after masturbation when ipee evn i.feel very hot urine and evn i use many times in toilet more 15 times at night ..thnks doc

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are getting frequent urination after masturbation .

During erection and ejaculation blood flow to urethra and penis is increased to 2o times more than normal causing congestion of entire urethra and penis .leading to increased frequency of urination and urge to pass urine .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and to rule out Prostatitis.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
