My name is Dr Ehsan Ullah & I have gone through your query. you have mentioned that you had miscarriage 6 weeks ago, about 10 days ago , you pulled a piece of tissue , thick and pink in colour and since then you have bleeding issue. now you are observing small pieces of tissue along with some bleed while peeing. The problem you are facing is probably due to retained products of conception since one of the reason for such retained products is miscarriage along with other reasons like -Child birth and -medical abortion. all you need is to visit your Physician , preferably ObsGyn and rest of your management is dependant upon your Ultrasonography findings Hope this may help you.
